1. Purpose of the Application

This application is designed to help schools manage student records, attendance (manual and face scan based), and parent notifications. The application is intended for authorized school staff only.

2. User Eligibility

Only authorized school administrators, teachers, or staff may use this application. Parents and students do not directly operate the system.

3. Student Data Responsibility

Schools are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student information including names, class details, parent contact numbers, and photographs used for attendance.

4. Face Recognition Attendance

The application uses student photographs for face recognition solely to mark attendance. Face data is used only for identification purposes and must not be misused or shared outside the school system.

5. WhatsApp Notifications

Parent mobile numbers are used to send automated WhatsApp messages related to student attendance such as arrival, departure, or absence. The school is responsible for obtaining parent consent where required.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse or attempt to manipulate attendance records
• Do not upload incorrect or unauthorized student data
• Do not attempt to access restricted system areas
• Do not use the system for unlawful purposes

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the application will always be available or error-free. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, incorrect attendance marking, or notification delivery failures.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, violation of these terms, or suspicious activity is detected.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
